Tour Booking Terms & Conditions
To provide you with all-inclusive* touring pricing,NINEAUTO Porsche Drive (us, we) have many varied terms & conditions with our suppliers and partners, including but not limited to vehicle transportation (covered vehicle carriers or shipping), ticketed sailing, accommodation, restaurants, and other services and attractions on route.
Our experiences are designed for small groups, with strict vehicle numbers to preserve the customer experience. To manage tour numbers and avoid over booking, all tour bookings must be made via the website.
- Upon booking a tour you will receive an instant email confirmation and we’ll be in touch to discuss your requirements in finer detail.
- Once confirmed, we’ll issue you with a ‘Tour Deposit Invoice’.
- All payments must be made via Direct Transfer or Pay ID to our account, unless otherwise stated.
- Tour deposits are 30% for International events, 50% for Interstate events, and 100% for local events.
- All deposits for Interstate Events to be paid within 48 hours of receipt of invoice, or 7 days of invoice for International Events to secure your seat.
- Spirit of Tasmania pricing may change before your deposit is paid, this may increase the total cost of your trip. Where invoices are not paid in line with payment terms of 48 hours, Spirit of Tasmania pricing may also change, and require tour repricing.
- Please ensure you include your 'Invoice Number' in the 'Transaction Reference' so we can ensure we can reconcile your payment.
- On receipt of your deposit we'll issue a 'Receipt' via email, detailing the date at which you are required to pay the remaining instalment/s of your total tour price, at which time your 'Additional Invoice/s' will be issued.
- All tours must be paid for in full on receipt of a ‘Tour Final Invoice’, and amounts are to be paid within 7 days to finalise your booking. Where final payments are not received within 7 days your booking pricing may change.
- Tour Final Invoices will be issued 90 days before departure for International Tours (or upon making a booking within this time frame) , and 30 days before departure for Interstate Tours (or upon making a booking within this time frame). Local events will be invoiced in full at the time of reservation where required.
Insurance Requirements & Driving Behaviour
All participants must ensure their vehicles are insured with valid interstate roadside assistance prior to travel. Travel insurance is also recommended for all participants.
It's your responsibility to ensure your vehicle is in roadworthy condition and well maintained prior to travel to avoid an abrupt and unpleasant end to your tour.
There will be no vehicle checks performed by NINEAUTO Porsche Drive prior to travel, and the safety of your vehicle is entirely your responsibility. NINEAUTO Porsche Service offer pre-event maintenance and general servicing. Please contact us to make a booking for your vehicle if required.
This is a tour of public roads, with enforced speed limits. All participants should consider their on-road behaviour and avoid dangerous or illegal actions to endanger others or themselves.
Cancellation Terms - Interstate Tours
We understand unforeseen things can occur, and life can sometimes become unpredictable. We have many terms with suppliers and partners that require us to pre-pay bookings and reservations in advance.
Should you wish to cancel a tour the following refund terms will apply:
- At least 60 days before departure date – 50% of you deposit will be refundable, 50% will be non-refundable.
- At least 30 days before departure – 50% of your total trip price becomes non-refundable.
Remaining 50% of your total trip price may be transferred to another tour or refunded into your nominated bank account.
In the event that a trip must be postponed last minute due to a significant weather event, natural disaster or key supplier cancellation, such as Spirit of Tasmania, we will navigate suppliers the best we can to limit any costs for our customers and communicate with you as a priority to reschedule trips at times that suit the group. We will also assist with any travel insurance claims as required.
Cancellation Terms - International Tours
Due to the nature and complexity of these tours, cancellation terms will be specific to the tour and are detailed on the second page of all Tour Deposit Invoices.
*All-inclusive tour pricing includes sailing, vehicle transportation as agreed and detailed, accommodation & overnight parking, main meals including breakfast, lunch and dinner, but does not include liquid consumption (fuel or alcohol) or any tolls on route. Customers should expect to pay these costs based on their personal consumption requirements.
